Southeast Venture Names Don Alexander Principal
NASHVILLE, Tenn., February 5, 2024 – Southeast Venture, a leading real estate and development firm, is pleased to announce Don Alexander has been named a principal at the firm. Don, who joined the company in 2020, has been an instrumental part of the team, particularly in his role as Project Manager for the June Lake development in Spring Hill, TN. With nearly 780 acres slated for mixed-use development, the June Lake project represents a significant transformation for the Spring Hill area, and Don Alexander’s expertise has been invaluable in driving its progress.
Don Alexander brings to Southeast Venture a wealth of leadership experience gained during his 12-year career as an Air Force officer and pilot. His management acumen and dedication to service were evident throughout his military tenure, where he served as an instructor pilot and the chief of standardization and evaluations, earning several distinctions including multiple Air Medals, the Air Force Commendation Medal, and Meritorious Service Medal before transitioning to civilian life at the rank of Major and returning to Nashville with his young family.

Don’s academic background includes a master’s degree in management and leadership from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from the United States Air Force Academy. Locally he is involved in NAIOP, Urban Land Institute (ULI), and serves on the board of directors for the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce.
