Southeast Venture Acquires Silo Studios in The Nations
The 80,000 SF office and retail complex now home to F45 Fitness and Specialty Dental Brands
A partnership led by commercial real estate firm Southeast Venture and Ryan Moses announced today that it has acquired ownership of Silo Studios, the 80,000-square-foot office and retail complex in the Silo Bend community in The Nations.
Amenities include ample parking, an outdoor courtyard with a performance stage, small gathering spaces, a dining terrace and sitting steps. Current tenants are F45 Fitness and Specialty Dental Brands. Space is also available for new tenants, and Lee White and Jon Petty at Southeast Venture are handling leasing.
Completed in late 2020, Silo Studios was developed by previous owner South Carolina-based Flyway, designed by Southeast Venture Design and built by local contractors Dowdle Construction Group. A former lumber mill, the building’s renovations were designed to make the most of the structure’s historical architectural elements, including the bow-truss roof.

Silo Studios is a central part of the 38-acre Silo Bend community, which was master-planned by Southeast Venture and is named for the large, painted silo on the property. Silo Bend also comprises a 103-unit condominium complex known as Silo House, 49 sold-out single-family homes and townhomes known as Silo Park, and the 193-unit apartment complex Flats at Silo Bend, which includes 3,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. Another 165-unit condominium development, Silo West, is currently under development by Evergreen Real Estate. Plans are underway for the remaining residential portion.
