Silo Studios

Southeast Venture provided design services on this former lumber mill for client, Flyway. The ±80,000 SF building features dramatic bowstring trusses, a light well and grand staircase, a continuous pedestrian loggia running along Centennial Ave, and a signature gathering space referred to as the “Super Porch.” Silo Studios is part of the overall Silo Bend community master-planned and master-developed by Southeast Venture.
