Southeast Venture Brokers Sell 1,000 acres in Davidson County

McCrory Lane property sold for $8.7 million

Southeast Venture has brokered the sale of 1,030 acres at the McCrory Lane exit of I-40 West for $8,750,000. Southeast Venture broker John Cavin represented the owner, Biltmore Ridge LLC, and Roscoe High at CBRE represented the buyer.

The land is currently entitled for 650,000 square feet of commercial space and more than 1,300 residential units.

“I sell a lot of Commercial land, but it is unusual to sell more than 1,000 acres in Davidson County,” said Cavin. “While the original master plan approved by Metro included a large retail/office section, I believe the new owners are planning to reduce the commercial intensity of the site and focus more on the residential development.”
