Welcome Jeremy Coward to the Southeast Venture team!

We’re pleased to announce that Jeremy Coward has joined Southeast Venture as a broker.

A native Coloradoan, Jeremy acquired his Colorado real estate license in 1999, before moving to Nashville in 2011 and securing his Tennessee license. He has been actively involved in leasing retail properties and the successful completion of more than 400 transactions.

Throughout his career, Jeremy has worked on a variety of commercial projects, ranging from small convenience, neighborhood strip and grocery-anchored shopping centers to pre-leasing and sales of new retail construction. His well rounded experience will be a great addition to our team.

While working in Denver, the Denver Commercial Association of Realtors recognized Jeremy as a “Retail Heavy Hitter.” He earned his bachelor’s of arts in psychology from the University of Kansas.
