July was a great month for commercial real estate in Nashville.
Southeast Venture’s Retail Broker team of John Cavin & Jonathan Petty together have leased the following spaces in the past couple weeks:
Firehouse Subs is now open in Goodlettsville. They leased 2,150 sq.ft. storefront in the Publix Shopping Center.
Construction has started on a new office for Bernard Health Insurance, which leased a 1,900 sq.ft. building located at 720 Thompson Lane (the former Wolf Camera building).
The building that formerly housed the Berry Hill Liquors at 708 Thompson Lane will be subdivided into three rentable spaces. A1 has been leased to Nashville Daily Spirits (2,000 sq.ft), A2 was leased to Firehouse Subs (1,984 sq.ft.) and A3 was leased to Berry Hill Market (1,500 sq.ft.)
Music City Carpet and Flooring leased 1,000 sq.ft. of the existing Dollar General Market strip center at 287 New Shackle Island Rd., in Hendersonville.
Finally, SOLA Salon leased 5,600 sq.ft. of the Tower Shopping Center on Cadillac Drive in Brentwood.
