Southeast Venture Names Nathan Erwin Director of Industrial Services

NASHVILLE, Tenn., October 27th, 2025 – Southeast Venture announced today that Nathan Erwin has been promoted to Director of Industrial Services. In this new role, Erwin will help guide the firm’s industrial brokerage platform by mentoring brokerage staff, leading team meetings, and sharing market updates across the company.

Erwin specializes in industrial leasing and sales and is known for strong market knowledge and a results-driven approach. Since joining Southeast Venture in 2021, he has become a trusted advisor to tenants, owners, and investors and an active presence in Nashville’s industrial sector. He is a member associate of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and plays a key role in Southeast Venture’s affiliation with CORFAC International, collaborating with member firms in markets nationwide.

Erwin has received the CoStar Industrial Deal of the Quarter award three times: Q1 2024, Q4 2024, and Q1 2025.
