Southeast Venture Adds Trevor Throneberry to Brokerage Team

Southeast Venture is pleased to welcome Trevor Throneberry to its brokerage team. Since becoming licensed in 2021, Trevor has gained experience in land sales, commercial leasing, and development and has earned multiple awards for his performance.

Before joining Southeast Venture, Trevor was with Compass Real Estate in Hendersonville, where he specialized in land transactions as part of the firm’s Ranch & Land group. Since 2021, he has sold more than 600 acres of land for many uses, including timber, farming, development, and recreation. He also has experience in retail and office leasing.

“Trevor’s background in land transactions strengthens our brokerage team,” said Greg Coleman, Principal at Southeast Venture. “As a Middle Tennessee native, his knowledge of the region and experience working with landowners, developers, and investors will be a great asset—particularly for those focused on investment and growth opportunities in the area.”

Trevor, a Middle Tennessee native, looks forward to continuing his work in the region.

Professionally, Trevor was awarded the 2023 Compass Gold Award and the 2022 Sumner REALTORS Silver Award. He was also recognized with the 2023 Humanitarian Award for his community service efforts.
