Highlights From Our Make-A-Wish FUNDRACER

 In Company News

As the year began, we embarked on a mission close to our hearts: supporting Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee. With a goal of $5,000 and the promise of a matching contribution, our company-wide FUNDRACER kicked off, spanning seven weeks of spirited competition and community engagement.

The heart of our Fundracer lay in our company’s mission to make a positive impact, not only within our walls but also in the broader community. We turned our fundraiser into a spirited team competition, dividing our company into four randomized teams, each fueled by a shared passion to support Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee (and win team tickets to a Predators game).

Throughout the weeks, we embarked on themed activities that not only served as fundraising opportunities but also as chances to earn valuable team points. From a Putting Contest and Trivia Happy Hour to Bingo with our friend and Wish Ambassador, Ayden, each event brought us closer together as a team while fueling our collective drive to make a difference.

As the weeks flew by, the spirit of giving and competition soared to new heights. Dare Day proved to be a highlight, with laughter echoing through the halls as we issued and accepted dares in the name of a good cause. From Maddison’s stirring rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner to Wood’s spot-on 😉 Al Pacino impression, each moment was full of laughter and camaraderie.

The culmination of our Fundracer was the Hot Chocolate Run 5K on February 24. Exceeding our goal of 10 participants, we had an incredible turnout of 24 participants, braving the cold for a morning of fun and fitness.

With an impressive 96% company-wide participation rate, our team rallied together like never before, demonstrating our collective commitment to making a difference. Thanks to the dedication and generosity of our employees, we exceeded expectations, raising an impressive $20,469.55! Shoutout to Jon Petty for helping us make the last minute push to get us over $20k!

We extend our deepest gratitude to each and every person who contributed to this incredible achievement, from our top fundraiser, Eric Lowe, to the dedicated members of Team 3 who led the charge from the beginning. And to Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee, we are humbled and grateful for the opportunity to support your mission of granting life-changing wishes for children facing critical illnesses.
