Southeast Venture Welcomes Cole Pittman as Assistant Property Manager

Commercial real estate firm Southeast Venture strengthens its expanding property management team with the addition of Cole Pittman as Assistant Property Manager. The role will be integral to supporting Southeast Venture’s thriving property management portfolio, which has grown by over 280,000 square feet in 2023.

Cole Pittman brings a diverse set of skills and experiences to his new role, including strong communication and leadership abilities, as well as a background in sales and customer service. His meticulous attention to detail and nine years of experience in the banking industry make him a valuable asset to the Southeast Venture team.

Cole Pittman is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in Biology, a minor in Spanish, and a wealth of experience in a fast-paced work environment. His ability to manage multiple responsibilities under pressure and his proficiency in various software systems make him a perfect fit for the Assistant Property Manager position.
