Southeast Venture Welcomes Retail Broker Shane Bowen

NASHVILLE, Tenn., October 18, 2023 – Commercial real estate firm, Southeast Venture, is proud to announce the addition of Shane Bowen to its brokerage team. With eight years of retail experience, Shane Bowen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Southeast Venture’s strong retail team.

As a Senior Associate with Avison Young’s Retail Services group, Shane specialized in shopping center and retail property leasing, mixed-use developments, retailer tenant representation, and capital markets. His tenure at Avison Young saw him skillfully representing a diverse clientele, from local and regional retailers and restaurants to shopping center owners encompassing REITs, corporate entities, and family-owned businesses.
