Southeast Venture Hires Designer Jess Gutzman

Nashville-based commercial real estate brokerage, development and design firm Southeast Venture today announced the addition of Jess Gutzman to its design team.

“We were very impressed with Jess’s experience and her strong design skills,” said Director of Interior Design Ginny Caldwell. “We look forward to what she will accomplish with Southeast Venture.”

A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles and San Diego State University with degrees in interior design, Gutzman brings nearly three years of experience in residential and commercial design to the team. She previously worked as an interior designer at L7 Studio Architects in San Diego, an interior design assistant at Studio H Design Group also in San Diego and freelanced in interior design.

“I believe in uniting beauty and functionality through design that challenges the status quo, and that good design stems from a hard work ethic, an open mind, and a true passion for the work being done,” said Gutzman. “I’m very excited to bring my passion for interior design to Southeast Venture and its clients.”
