James Neal Joins Southeast Venture

Meet Our New Broker

We are happy to announce that James Neal, Jr. has joined our firm as a broker.

James comes to Southeast Venture from Luckenbach Branding & Promotions LLC, a marketing and promotions company that has outposts in Nashville and Dallas, Texas. He founded Luckenbach in 2010.

James also worked for 18 years as principal and founding partner of KMG Marketing. At KMG, he acted as a national sales manager and creative director, handling key accounts that included Mercedes Benz Financial, the Dallas Mavericks and Blockbuster.

His work experience also includes stints as a consultant for the Wall Street Journal Office Network and as a special projects manager for Box Energy Corporation. He is a member of the Advertising Specialty Institute, Promotional Products Association International and the Nashville Convention and Visitors Bureau.

James has lots of experience in networking, developing outside investment opportunities and generating new business. He will be a great asset to our team.
