Samantha, a registered architect in the State of Tennessee, joined Southeast Venture in 2014 and became a founding Partner of Southeast Venture Design in 2020. Samantha has demonstrated her considerable skill in a variety of project types: office, multi-family, mixed-use, urban infill and community focused projects, including schools, fitness and recreational and sacred spaces. Samantha has taken on the management of numerous complex projects and project teams, With experience with out-of-town ownership and a consultant team spread across multiple states, Samantha has proven she is capable of keeping a project on schedule and exceeding client expectations. She has also been involved with many of Southeast Venture’s community meeting presentations, working to involved the community in each project and engendering their support.
