Adam joined Southeast Venture in 2016. He is a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee and oversees Southeast Venture’s Property Management division which includes more than 1.3 million square feet of commercial property across various product types including office, retail, industrial, and multi-family. In addition, he oversees 7 commercial property owners’ associations totaling more than 1,700 acres. Adam’s specialties include budget development and forecasting, vendor service management, and contract and lease negotiations. His talent for cultivating and supporting tenant relationships has resulted in high occupancy rates, minimal turnover and long-term lease renewals. Adam oversees the day-to-day management of multi-million-dollar properties, including financial report development, budget administration, resource allocation, and operation compliance.
