Wood has extensive site engineering and commercial property development experience. He spent seven years in the engineering design field and subsequently joined Southeast Venture in 1985, focusing on real estate development and sales. Wood specializes in all aspects of site identification and analysis, acquisition, zoning, municipal approvals, design, construction management, and marketing. He is currently responsible for all site development activities on behalf of Southeast Venture’s clients, including managing all design consultants, permitting and rezoning, scheduling, budgeting, construction management, marketing, and sales.
