Iain, a registered architect in the state of Tennessee, joined Southeast Venture in 2014. He has contributed extensive knowledge and experience in a number of projects with Southeast Venture. Experienced in project management and site planning, Iain’s has worked on many different project types, including multi-family, office, education, and high-rise, and specializes in attainable housing.

Working on numerous projects with a variety of clients, Iain has been able to refine his design skills and ability to work with the client to achieve their vision for the project in a timely and enjoyable process. A key to this has been engaging the client and end-users in conversations at every major decision point and keeping the process as collaborative as possible.
