Southeast Venture designed and developed this five-story, 171,000 SF building featuring 249 apartment units and 7,435 SF of ground floor retail. Eastside Heights brings Class A living to an underserved, highlight desirable neighborhood. Recognizing Eastside Heights’ ideal proximity to the eclectic East Nashville community and Nashville’s downtown employment and entertainment districts, this project seizes opportunity and maximizes potential.
