Cole Parrish serves as Vice President at Southeast Venture, specializing in office and healthcare real estate. Since joining the firm’s brokerage team in 2018, he has represented both tenants and landlords in leasing, portfolio management, site selection, and strategic real estate assignments.

Cole’s experience includes lease negotiations, financial analysis, market research, portfolio optimization, and business consulting. He works with healthcare systems, physician groups, institutional owners, and corporate occupiers to develop real estate strategies that support their operational and long-term business objectives.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Cole also holds a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from Auburn University. He is a licensed real estate professional in Tennessee and Alabama.
