For more than 30 years, John has been involved in the complete life cycle of commercial real estate from site selection, land planning, construction and development, to investment sales and exit strategy. Specializing in Retail and Medical Office projects, John has represented Buyers, Sellers, Developers, Tenants, and Investors of commercial property. Ten of those twenty-five years were at corporate headquarters of some of the fastest growing retail chains. With that experience and an MBA from Vanderbilt, John can manage complex transactions, resolve problems, and guide commercial projects to a successful completion for his clients.
