John began his career in Commercial Real Estate with some of the Nation’s fastest growing Retail chains.  First as a Property Manager with Taco Bell Corp in 1989 and later as Director of Real Estate for Rite Aid and Director of Preferred Development for Dollar General.  In 2001, John became a broker at Southeast Venture specializing in retail, industrial, and land projects.  Representing sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants and investors.  John has  leased, sold, and developed commercial property all over Middle Tennessee, Clarksville TN, and southern Kentucky.  John’s extensive experience and depth of knowledge has aided sellers to sell and develop sometimes difficult properties including overcoming zoning, entitlements, use restrictions, and flood related issues. John has a reputation for creativity and passion to find the right buyers/tenants for properties and achieving maximum results for his clients.
