Leveraging his corporate finance and banking background, Cam joined Southeast Venture in 1987. Cam’s valuable insight and expertise in project development allows him to lead Southeast Venture’s development services. He specializes in project management, project financing, leasing and venture structuring, budgeting, and cost management. Since becoming a principal in 1991, Cam has contributed his extensive knowledge and experience to lead the development of several of the firm’s largest projects.
