YCAP Renovation

The YCAP’s home in East Nashville was damaged by the March 3rd, 2020 tornado and for 2 years following that devastating event, the YMCA was hard at work planning for the day they can finally move back home to Russell Street. SVD led the design team of this 11,000 sf rehabilitation which includes a newly renovated gymnasium and maker spaces, new first floor multi-purpose spaces, the addition of second floor administration offices and conference rooms, and the addition of a new roof deck amenity overlooking Five Points.
