St. Elmo Station

SV Design is proud to serve as the Architect and Interior Designer for the St. Elmo Station townhomes project, located in the vibrant St. Elmo neighborhood of Chattanooga, TN. Spanning across a spacious 3.62-acre lot, this ambitious development comprises 14 buildings housing a total of 60 townhomes. The thoughtfully designed units feature a mix of two and three-bedroom layouts, boasting an average size of 2,575 square feet. Each townhome is equipped with a two-car garage, exterior balconies, and inviting roof decks, providing residents with ample space for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. Working in collaboration with Tudor Building Group, construction on this project began in 2022 , further enriching the architectural landscape of St. Elmo.
