Skyliner

Southeast Venture is providing architecture services on this multi-family project. The Skyliner is a four-story building offering 147 studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The high-quality amenity spaces include a fitness center, laundry lounge, and a fourth floor clubroom and outdoor terrace with great views of downtown Nashville. The Skyliner salutes the architectural and cultural importance of Dickerson Pike’s lost Mid-Century motels, that were originally constructed along this route connecting Nashville to Louisville. We also seek to create a more pedestrian- and transit-oriented node with this project to inform future redevelopment along the corridor.
