Meridian Park, located in East Nashville, was developed by Verta Real Estate. SV Design was hired out to do full design services on the 158 unit multi-family development located on 8 acres. There are 11 residential buildings with a mix of apartments, townhomes, and duplex’s. The development is served by two centralized leasing and amenity buildings overlooking the pool consisting of 5,200 SF. The project was completed in 2023.
