KCDC Austin Homes Phase 3

Phase 3 of KCDC’s Austin Homes Redevelopment will consist of 161 total residential units across six buildings with 169 parking spaces. The seven buildings (A-F) will be of type VA construction – buildings “A” and “B” will be 4-stories, building “C” will be a 2/3-split story, building “D” will be 3-stories, buildings “E” and “F” will be 2-story townhomes, building “G” will be single-story.
