12th & Wedgewood

12th and Wedgewood is the first multifamily project sponsored under the Mayor’s affordable housing initiative. The project incorporates 153 units designed to meet the needs of families below the median income of Nashville while offering luxury interior and exterior amenities that exceed the multifamily market standards. Completed in 2019, Southeast Venture provided design services on this project for client, Elmington Capital.
