Chris brings nearly 15 years of experience in construction and real estate development, with a background in general contracting, owner’s representation, and property management. At Southeast Venture, he guides projects through every phase of the development process—from early planning and budgeting to team coordination and construction oversight. Prior to joining SV, Chris held leadership roles at H.G. Hill Realty Company and Yates Construction, managing mixed-use, office, and retail developments across Middle Tennessee. He holds a degree in Construction and Land Development from Mississippi State University.
