Chestnut Hill Flats

SV Design is providing architecture and interior design services on this affordable 204-unit multi-family project. Chestnut Flats will provide studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom housing units at a reduced rent to individuals and families who can verify earnings of between 30 percent and 70 percent of the area median income. This project was started January 2022 and is expected to be completed in June 2023.
