Hill Center Greenwood Townhomes

Completed in 2021, Southeast Venture provided architecture and interior design services on this residential townhome development for Tudor Building Group. The project consists of two three-story townhome buildings comprised of 14 units total on a 0.7 acre lot as part of the Hill Center Greenwood Development in East Nashville off Gallatin Ave. All dwelling units are 2,675 SF with 4 bed/4 bath with a two car garage and exterior balconies.
