Todd joined Southeast Venture as a commercial real estate broker in 1999 and has spent his career representing institutional clients, including REITs, life insurance companies, and medical institutions. As Director of Corporate Services, his current practice centers on medical corporate services, where he advises healthcare systems on their real estate strategy and transactions. Todd also serves as Principal-in-Charge of Southeast Venture’s Real Estate Services group, overseeing the firm’s brokerage and property management operations.
